Student Development Series/Workshop presents "Knowing Your Signs" by Hye Ree Ahn

How do you understand if you are dealing with stress? There will be a basic discussion about types of stress, manifestation in body and mind. This time was intended to help the student to have a deeper understanding of self, community and environment around them. Hye Ree earned her Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree in Clinical Psychology with a focus on traumatic stress psychology from Adler University in Chicago.
