Seasonal Embodiment: Samhain

Seasonal Embodiment is a collaborative offering between Mikah Jaschke and Nina Smock to invite you to mark the celestial calendar with resonance and intention. Every six(ish) weeks for the next solar year we will hold a 2 hour, in-depth practice to explore the energies of the season and what they are asking of us. We’ll explore the traditional celebrations and practices around the seasonal change and offer ways to embrace the cyclical nature of the natural world.
