About Deer Park
The city bought the 19.3-acre Deer Park in 1899, partly through condemnation, for about $11,580. Deer Park Boulevard ties the park to Riverview Park in the east, then runs west over the Vinton Street viaduct to meet Hanscom Boulevard.
