Join us Friday, October 30th, for the return of ChewBOCKa! ChewBOCKa, German-Style Doppelbock 7.8% ABV In the 18th century, monks brewed rich, bready bock beers during their long Lenten fasts—a tradition steeped in brewing history. Always fans of trying our hand at brewing tradition, it was inevitable that we'd eventually tackle this storied style. Our bock came out big, burly, and chewy, hence the name, ChewBOCKa.
