Tropical Forest Bathing

Experience the Garden using ALL of your senses during this immersive program. Start outside (weather dependent) to relax in the quiet beauty of winter and then step into the warm conservatory and slow down as you connect with the sights, sounds, scents, textures, and atmosphere of the tropical environment. Forest Bathing or Shinrin-yoku , is the Japanese philosophy of immersing yourself in the natural atmosphere in order to reap the restorative benefits.
