Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and we are here to support your overall well-being through this wonderful, tortilla-centric, breakfast-loving class. Maria will walk you through 2 ways to spice up your breakfast game. Migas features torn corn tortillas fried to golden perfection, cooked with eggs, and topped with salsa. For chilaquiles, you'll toss tortilla chips into a brothy enchilada sauce and cook til softened.
