Hoop + Poi Workshop

Hula Hooping and Poi are fun and exciting blends of object manipulation, dance, and exercise. They are part of the Flow Arts that you can integrate into your own personal expression. You'll learn to use your body in a new way, set to music that will help you create your own style of movement. Learning the fundamentals in this workshop will help you develop strength, flexibility and coordination, which will allow you to take this art to any level you care to pursue.
