An upbeat, dance-inspired workout from a chair or standing position, with steps and stretches set to classic hits from the '50s, '60s, '70s and '80s. Each class focuses on improving posture, stability, strength, flexibility, cognition and coordination. Timeless music, a friendly dance instructor and a welcoming class format — an enjoyable workout and a whole lot of fun! Registration is required. Presented by Vitality in Motion.
