About Little Italy

The Salerno brothers brought Sicilian families from 1904 on, found them work and opened the Bank of Sicily. In 1925 Grazia Caniglia started the Santa Lucia Festival to bring her hometown’s feast to Omaha, and it still processes from St. Frances Cabrini.
