About Midtown

Curtiss Turner Park, bounded by Farnam, Dodge, 30th and 31st streets, was donated to the city in 1900 and linked by boulevards to Hanscom Park to the south and Bemis Park to the north. Mutual of Omaha announced the $250 million Midtown Crossing development in October 2006, broke ground in September 2007 and opened it on May 19, 2010.
