Minne Lusa was planned, platted and built by one firm as an affordable single-family neighborhood inside the city limits, developed by that single firm between 1915 and 1941. Craftsman bungalows and period-revival houses fill the streets; the bigger homes tend to face Minne Lusa Boulevard, while the cross streets hold more modest ones.
