A sound bath is a meditative experience where a practitioner surrounds you with waves of sound & vibration using drums & other therapeutic instruments. Ann Clabots from Northwoods Breathe and bloom invites you to settle in, breathe, simply be. Head to the Minocqua Public Library’s Program Room for this hour-long immersive acoustic experience.
