Encore Smithsonian Salon: The American Table

An encore showing of the Smithsonian lecture "The American Table: 10 Cookbooks That Shaped a Nation" will be shown on Saturday, November 7th from 11-12. This event is free and open to the public. Please call the Library at 402-873-5609 with any questions! Cookbooks have been part of American life since the nation’s earliest days. Among the thousands published over the past 250 years, a select few have transformed the way Americans cook, eat, and think about food.
