Smithsonian Salon: The Evolution of the American Cookie

Join us at the Library on Tuesday, December 15th at 5:30 pm for our second Smithsonian Salon. This lecture will be "The Evolution of the American Cookie: 30 Years of Innovation at America's Test Kitchen" and the streamed lecture will begin promptly at 5:30 pm so we encourage you to arrive early to get your seat. Patrons may also bring a dozen cookies to participate in a cookie exchange. This event is free and open to the public.
