Grant Gillon Chef Residency: November Dinner at Middlebrook

We’re thrilled to announce an exciting new partnership for 2026! Middlebrook Farm will welcome Grant Gillon, local chef and MasterChef Season 13 winner, for an exclusive chef residency. Grant will host a monthly farm-to-table dinner at Middlebrook Farm, featuring a five-course menu thoughtfully paired with four wines. Each evening will highlight fresh, seasonal ingredients and a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Tickets are limited and on sale now.
