Reentry Simulation
Tuesday, November 17 · 3 PM–6 PM
Skutt Ballroom · Creighton University, 2600 California Street, Omaha
Hosted by Humanities Nebraska
Could you rebuild your life in four weeks? Step into the shoes of someone returning home after incarceration and experience the obstacles that often stand in the way of success. This simulation, operated by RISE, is a tool for community members to better understand the invisible handcuffs and road blocks of returning citizens. While the experience of reentry can never truly be accurate without first-hand experience, this simulation is designed to be thought-provoking and educational.
