Join Rachel at Gene Leahy Mall for a beginner hula-hoop class! Dress in comfortable athletic gear, grab a water bottle, and come ready to shake off the week. We’ll start with a quick body warm-up, followed by step-by-step instruction on core hooping mechanics, easy hand moves, and simple trick combos.
