We will take a dive into wines from the Beaujolais Region of France in this 1 hour class. Beaujolais wines come in different variations starting with Beaujolais Nouveau which is released every year the third Thursday in November, Beaujolais -Village which is a tier higher than Nouveau wines and then finally the top tier Grand Cru's. This class will focus on the Grand Cru wines.
