Homebound Book Delivery

A volunteer with the Shenandoah Public Library will be delivering books for people enrolled in our Homebound Delivery Service. The Homebound Delivery Service is for those who are unable to get to the library because of a temporary major illness, physical handicap, or long-term illness.
