This relaxed, one-hour gathering is designed for moms at all stages—from expecting mothers to those raising infants and toddlers. Hosted by Dr. Shelby Nykiel, Emergency Medicine Physician at Black River Health , the meet-up provides a comfortable space to connect, share experiences, and gain helpful insights on pregnancy, parenting, and everyday mom life.
