Technology has changed the way we store our data, communications, activities and memories. Even if you aren’t aware of it, most of us have digital assets of some kind. Digital assets include email accounts, computing devices such as laptops and smartphones, data storage such as USB thumb drives and cloud accounts, domain registrations, digital photos, social media and other online accounts and subscriptions, and even cryptocurrency.
