Workshop: Double Crust Pie Making

Impress your family this holiday with a homemade pie in this hands-on class led by Gina of The Flour Pot. Each student will prepare either a double-crust apple pie or a lattice-topped cherry pie to take home and bake for Thanksgiving dinner. She will share the tricks and easy method for creating a flaky pie crust using either butter, shortening or lard, how to roll with ease and transfer to a pie pan.
