Workshop: Belgian Pie Making with Gina

Belgian Pie is a sweet pastry with various fillings and toppings. The dessert is sold at various festivals and Kermiss celebrations throughout Northeast Wisconsin. Pie flavors include apple, raisin, cherry, poppyseed or prune that are topped with a sweet cheesecake type flavor made from blended cottage cheese. Also, a rice pudding custard filling that is topped with whipped cream when cooled.
