Explore your creativity and discover calming ways to manage stress through our Creative Expression series. Each session invites students to unwind, connect with others, and explore mindfulness through hands-on artistic activities. Instructors will guide participants through each project while encouraging self-expression, creativity, and reflection in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.
