A Short Film about Love (Krzysztof Kieślowski, Poland 1988) In 1989, Kieślowski wrote and directed a 10-part miniseries for Polish television that re-imagined the Ten Commandments set in contemporary Warsaw. He expanded two of the 1-hour episodes into feature length films, including Episode Six, his adaptation of the commandment Thou Shalt not Commit Adultery.
