Consider joining us for Meditation Monday at Lake Elmo Library. This session includes about 10 minutes of secular meditation instruction, followed by about 30 minutes of sitting meditation using a technique of bringing attention to breath. Meditation Monday is held at the Lake Elmo Library every Monday (except holidays) at 1 p.m. This program is intended for adults. Registration is not required.
