Meet Author Jim (Doc) Purtell at Caramel Crisp Bookstore!

Caramel Crisp Bookstore is proud to welcome local author Jim (Doc) Purtell on Saturday, November 21st (11 am to 2 pm). November is a month for remembrances: our Veterans on November 11th and the assassination of President John F Kennedy on November 22nd and Jim has written books in both realms! In his book, Vietnam, There and Back; A Combat Medic’s Chronicle, he tells the story of his experiences in-country during that chaotic time.
