Doggy Costume & Parade Contest

**New Date** Due to the weather, this event was rescheduled to October 29th! Heart of the Harbor (E. Main Street, Port Washington) Dogs show off their handmade, spooky, or clever costumes in a fun parade through downtown Port Washington, competing for top treats and prizes. 5pm Costume parade around Franklin Street with the costume contest to follow.
