Rum River North Park Shelter · Saint Francis Rum River North Park Shelter
Hosted by Anoka County Library
This program is intended for youth in grades 3rd through 8th. Create your own Katie McCann inspired Water Creature. Katie is a self-taught, contemporary English collage and mixed media artist. She cuts out images from old books, prints, and using recycled materials, cataloging them, and assembling them together like a jigsaw puzzle to create her intricate collage pieces.
