Join us at Fairlawn Mansion for the next installment of our History Talk Series! Fairlawn Tour Guide and special guest Nolan Ewert will share a presentation on late 1800s mining, the births and deaths of two mine's profitabilities, what life was like as a miner, the risks and rewards of this life, how mineral profit funded the lives of the wealthy, and copper mining versus iron ore. The event will discuss two distinct mines: The Denn Mine in Bisbee, AZ and the Pioneer Mine in Ely, MN.
