4 Course Cider Paired Dinner at Orchard

Orchard and J. Henry & Sons invite you to a special four‑course partner dinner featuring craft cocktail pairings that showcase both bourbon and cider. Beginning at 6pm, the evening opens with a Challah Bread Board and Smoked Butter, followed by a Lamb Bacon Bite paired with a Calvados Barrel Old Fashioned. The main course highlights a 5oz Prime Tenderloin with Smoked Celeriac, Oyster Mushrooms, Bone Marrow, and La Flamme Bourbon Jus, matched with the richly layered Black Metropolitan.
