About Shoreview
Shoreview is a city just north of Saint Paul, with seven lakes, including Turtle Lake, Snail Lake, Lake Owasso and Island Lake, and Rice Creek running through the northwest. Shamrock Park was a resting place for travelers in the 1840s, and Mark Twain stopped there in 1885 on a book tour. The city has nine city parks and three county parks. Neighbors gather for summer concerts at the community center, a Tuesday farmers market, and Slice of Shoreview each July.
